The owners, Belinda, Ivana, and Giammarco, made us feel right at home in a welcoming, tidy, and family-friendly environment (not to mention the greeting from the dear four-legged director). The rooms are clean and modern, the breakfast is very abundant and well-stocked, and Mrs. Ivana's machine cappuccinos are delicious. The location is strategic, literally a few steps from the beach. And the partner restaurant for half board is truly excellent, even with gluten-free options. We are already thinking about coming back next year with our two small dogs. Absolutely recommended!”

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL AND ON THE BEACH?

Yes! Pets are welcome at BI Hotel as members of the family. We collaborate with affiliated pet-friendly beach establishments that welcome four-legged friends with care and respect.

Pets can access all common areas of the hotel, provided they are accompanied and under the responsibility of the owner. In compliance with hygiene regulations, feeding them in the breakfast room is not permitted.

Please also note that pet access to the beach is regulated by municipal and regional ordinances. Generally: - Pets can stay under the umbrella. - They can access the shoreline or the water only at the times and in the manners permitted. - It is recommended to have their health record with you.

WHAT RULES DO YOU ASK FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY?
We love animals dearly and want them to feel pampered too. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we simply ask you to display the "Do Not Disturb" sign when your pet remains in the room. This way, we protect their peace and the safety of our staff.

IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
Yes – To always maintain high hygiene standards and respect for all guests, we ask for a small extra contribution for room cleaning when staying with your furry friend.

WHAT IS BREAKFAST LIKE?

Rich, varied, and with a touch of home! Every morning a sweet and savory buffet awaits you with fresh products, seasonal fruit, homemade cakes, and local specialties.

We also have gluten-free options upon request, because we understand the challenges of celiac disease while traveling. We have also created a small guide for guests: "Gluten-Free, with Heart", available on request.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes! We have a parking lot just 30 meters from the hotel, available on request, for a fee, and subject to reservation. We recommend notifying us in advance if you are arriving by car so we can better organize your arrival.

WHAT TIME ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM - Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Do you need more time?
We offer late check-out on request, subject to availability, with a contribution of €30. This way you can enjoy your last moment of relaxation without rushing!

DO YOU OFFER FULL BOARD?
No. We believe, now more than ever, that true luxury is time: time to dedicate to ourselves and the people we love, at least on vacation. We prefer to give you the freedom to choose what to do and when, without constraints. We support the idea of slow tourism, made of personal choices and authentic moments.

We Are

We are two sisters, Belinda and Ivana, and after 30 years we have taken back the reins of our hotel. BI Hotel is a small hotel, a cozy B&B, where every detail is cared for with love.
It’s not a fancy hotel – “It’s not a 'cool' hotel, but if you come once, you’ll keep coming back”. And we aren't the ones saying it… the over 80,000 users who discovered us on TikTok in just one week say it!
